QHow much do your services cost?

Our in-store services (visit our shop) are fixed price, meaning we will give you a flat rate estimate for the repair, and upon approval, we’ll perform the requested services at that price, no matter how difficult or long it takes to remedy your computer problem. On-Site services are charged hourly, and require scheduling an appointment with one of our technicians.

QDo you charge a diagnostic fee?

A
Yes, we charge a standard diagnostic fee of $35 per computer at our repair shop. The purpose of this charge is so we can properly diagnose the problem you are having, and formulate an estimate for the repairs requested. The estimate will include the approximate cost of the repair, as well as the time the repair will take. If you choose to do the repair with us, we’ll be happy to credit the $35 charge towards your repair.

QCan you service my computer at my home or office?

Yes. We’re happy to schedule an on-site appointment to assist you with any technology-related problems you may be having. We’ll send one of our expert technicians to remedy the issue, all in the convenience of your home or office.

QIs there a warranty on repairs?

A
Yes. We’re in the business of making sure your technology functions correctly after it’s been in our hands. We offer a 30 day warranty on parts and labor performed by us. In order to qualify for the warranty, we will need to re-diagnose the computer (no charge to you), and if we conclude it’s a reccurring issue, we’ll make sure to fix the problem quickly and with care. Customer satisfaction is our primary priority and we want to ensure that you’re 100% satisfied with your experience at Preemo.

QDo you offer 24/7 Emergency Service?

Yes. Part of being in the technology business is understanding the unpredictable nature of hardware and software. We’re prepared to answer your calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our regular business hours are Monday-Friday, 9am – 5:30pm, but we’ll be happy to assist you after hours or on holidays. Please note there will be an additional fee for Emergency Services, and response time is relative to technician availability.

QWhat’s the Free Tech Assessment?

This is for any business interested in having Preemo provide IT support and consulting services. We’ll visit your office, and review all technology infrastructure, as well as wants/needs. We’ll formulate a proposal based on our finding, that will address the issues discussed, as well as structure an ongoing maintenance agreement to ensure consistent uptime for your business. The Tech Assessment allows us to get a better idea of how you operate, and more importantly, how you want to operate.
