Preemo’s retail repair store is located in South Miami, off US1 and SW 57th Avenue (Red Road), across from the Shops at Sunset Place. Our in-store services are fixed price, meaning that no matter how long it takes to repair your computer, it will cost the same. We charge a diagnostic fee of $35 per computer – that allows us to properly inspect the issue described, determine the problem, and estimate the cost & time to repair. If you approve our estimate, we’ll be happy to credit the diagnostic fee towards your service.

We’re happy to send one of our expert technicians to your home or office for on-site service. Our technicians can perform a variety of services online ranging from our basic computer repair services, wireless networking, printer setup, and file sharing. Unlike other tech support services, we don’t charge any kind of trip fee, and there’s only a one hour minimum. Appointments are available during regular business hours, and on an emergency basis.

Many of our computer services can be offered via remote support. We use Crossloop, a easy-to-use and secure desktop sharing application that allows us to share control of your computer, and troubleshoot your issue remotely.
