The first step is to schedule a Free Technology Assessment at your office. One of our experienced account executives will schedule a time to meet at your offices, review your specific needs and goals, and create a comprehensive technology plan to eliminate your current IT problems, prevent future problems, and maximize your business potential. The plan will assess your current technology needs, and outline all equipment we’ll provide support for at a fixed, monthly rate, as well as additional services such as system monitoring, vendor management, and disaster recovery. We offer three different pricing plans, as well as several optional features to fulfill all your IT needs.

Responsive Help Desk
Should you experience a technical problem, call or email our Help Desk 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. During regular business hours, you will speak directly to a technician who can immediately begin to resolve your issue. After business hours, our expert call center will respond, and can dispatch an emergency technician as needed. A detailed Ticket is created for every matter, allowing us to document re-occurring issues and track resolution time on every issue. On average, we are able to respond to a ticket within 1 hour, and resolve most matters within 24-48 hours.
